At 45, I rebuilt my body in peri-menopause while raising three kids and caregiving. I know what it feels like to be tired, frustrated, and stuck. Now at 54, I help women 40+ build strength, protect metabolism, and feel incredible again—without extremes.

My coaching system is delivered in different ways depending on your needs:

  • Online Coaching – Personalized workouts, nutrition, and accountability. I have three different coaching programs to choose from. 

  • Transform You (12 weeks) – A complete strength, nutrition program & habit formation online coaching inside my app. Self-paced or upgraded with coaching calls. 

  • MFI Fit Club (6 weeks) – Workouts, nutrition support, habit & lifestyle online coaching with group accountability & community support through my app.

  • Menopause Mini-Course ($27)– A 5-Step Guide to Losing Weight in Menopause. Five short video modules done online with actionable next step plans, a follow-along workbook, and bonus materials that will help you understand your changing body.
